A 33-year-old man charged with rape will be standing trial at the Suva High Court today.
It is alleged the man raped his 4-year-old sister in Samabula on 10th September last year.
The case will be called before Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.
And In a separate case
High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza will deliver his judgment today in the case of Umendra Kumar charged with a count of abduction and three counts of rape.
It is alleged that Kumar had abducted a 14-year-old girl from Nasinu and took her to Nadi, Lautoka and Rakiraki and raped her on three separate days.
The alleged incidents took place on the 11th, 12th and 13th of January 2014.
