The Fiji Electricity Authority has managed to restore electricity services for over 75% of the homes in Tavua.
99% of the homes in Lautoka also have access to electricity.
75% of the homes in Sigatoka, 65% of homes in Nadi, 60% in Ba while 95% of the homes in Rakiraki also have access to electricity.
FEA workers are working extended hours to ensure power supply is fully restored for the customers in the Western Division that were affected by the flooding last weekend.
The Authority says their workers are continuously checking power lines before restoring services to ensure that there are no broken live wires.
FEA is also urging people to contact them if they see any broken power lines or low sagging power lines on their emergency line 913.
The Authority has not stated when supply would be fully restored, however, their workers are working extended hours in order to restore services as soon as they can.
