French club Perpignan have confirmed the signing of Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s rover Eroni Sau on a two year deal.
Sau has played 46 games for the Fiji 7's team since 2017 scoring 165 points and 33 tries.
He topped the points in Hong Kong earlier this year and has won 4 tournaments with Fiji in Hamilton, Vancouver, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The “Sledgehammer” will link up the newly promoted Top14 side after the Rugby World Cup 7s in July.
Meanwhile Fiji’s pool match of the London 7s will be against Argentina in their first pool match at 10.20pm Saturday.
The national side will take on Scotland in their second pool match at 2.26am Sunday and then face New Zealand at 4.32am Sunday in their final pool match.
The cup quarterfinals will start at 9.58pm Sunday while the cup semifinals will kick off at 1.48am next Monday.
The cup final is at 4.57am next Monday.
