Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Gareth Baber says his side is playing some of their best rugby heading into the London Sevens this weekend.

Baber says that there was a plan before the season started that they needed to look closely at certain elements of their game, specifically the physical make‑up of their side.

He adds that if they could get that right, they would be able to make it through all the tournaments on the series.

Baber arrived early last year with plenty of pressure on his shoulders where he finished in third place on his first year with a single tournament win at Hong Kong.

Meanwhile Toulon’s duo Semi Radradra and Josua Tuisova continue their training with the Fiji 7s team.

Fiji’s first pool match of the London 7s will be against Argentina at 10.20pm Saturday.

The national side will take on Scotland in their second pool match at 2.26am Sunday and then face New Zealand at 4.32am Sunday in their final pool match.

The cup quarterfinals will start at 9.58pm Sunday while the cup semifinals will kick off at 1.48am next Monday.

The cup final is at 4.57am next Monday.
