High Court Judge, Justice Riyaz Hamza has found a 27‑year‑old man not guilty of the rape of his 21‑year‑old male cousin and has acquitted him of all charges.

The man was charged with a one count of rape and the alleged incident occurred on the 16th of July 2014 in Nausori.

Justice Hamza said that he does not find the prosecution’s evidence credible.

After acquitting the man Justice Hamza told him that this should be the last time he comes to court as an accused person.
