The New Zealand yacht captain who allegedly failed to declare a large quantity of different ammunition during a search on his yacht in Savusavu on Tuesday has been charged.
The New Zealand national has been charged with one count of failure to declare arms and ammunition to a customs officer.
He will be produced at the Labasa Magistrates Court today.
The other two suspects have been questioned and released.
A search by Customs Officers led to the seizure of the large quantity of different ammunition.
