A woman who is charged with the alleged murder of her 4-year-old daughter will be taking her plea on the 16th of this month.
Rozleen Razia Khan has been further remanded by High Court Judge Justice Vinsent Perera today.
Khan has withdrawn Legal Aid assistance and has opted for a private lawyer.
It is alleged that she tied herself up with her 4‑year‑old daughter and drove their car off the road into Rewa River on the 6th of May.
Khan’s husband had alleged that she had called him while driving with their daughter saying that she will take both their lives.
