A 38-year-old man will be produced in the Nausori Magistrates Court on Monday who has been charged with one count of causing death by dangerous driving.

It is alleged that the man caused the death of a 2-year-old girl at 9 miles on Thursday

Police had confirmed that the man while reversing his vehicle, allegedly hit the 2‑year‑old who was on her bicycle.

The girl was taken to Nausori Health Centre and was pronounced dead on arrival.
