Tomorrow will be a very important day for the Nasinu soccer fraternity as they will know whether the Nasinu soccer team will qualify to play in the Premier competition of Fiji soccer from the next season or will have to wait for another year.
Their match against Lami tomorrow in the Vodafone Senior Playoff is expected to go down to the wire as both teams have chances of getting promoted into the top competition.
However, Nasinu who has seven points after three matches has an edge over Lami and only needs a draw to progress through.
Lami has three points after two matches.
A draw or win will take Nasinu in the Premier competition while a loss will give Lami an opportunity to progress through.
Lami will have a match remaining against Savusavu who do not have any chance of progressing to the top competition.
Nasinu was demoted in 2010 and since then they have been playing in the senior competition while Lami has never played in the top competition of Fiji soccer.
Nasinu will face Lami at 1pm tomorrow at Ratu Cakobau Park.
