The planned Workers Rally and March in Suva tomorrow will not go ahead after the permit application was declined by Police.

Fiji Trades Union Congress National Secretary Felix Anthony received a letter yesterday afternoon from the Divisional Police Commander Southern SSP Abdul Khan stating the their permit application has been declined.

Last week the FTUC received approvals from the Fiji Roads Authority and the Suva City Council for the use of Ratu Sukuna Park for the rally.
