FICAC is still considering whether to discontinue the case against Opposition Leader Sitiveni Rabuka where he is alleged to have interfered with a FICAC witness.
This was confirmed in court today by FICAC lawyer Sam Savumiramira.
Rabuka's lawyer Filimoni Vosarogo had previously asked FICAC to file an application to discontinue the case as the matter in which Rabuka is alleged to have interfered with the FICAC witness has been dismissed by Chief Justice Anthony Gates.
Magistrate Joiji Boseiwaqa has adjourned the matter to 27th of next month.
