Chiefs coach Colin Cooper says there's been "finger pointing and soul searching", along with a return to absolute basics, as his side look to climb out of their Super Rugby slump.
The Chiefs are winless at the start the year ‑ the first time that's happened since 2009.
Cooper is now focused on revamping their performance beginning with their preparations to take on defending champions, the Crusaders this weekend.
The Crusaders will face the Chiefs at 4.15pm this Saturday.
