Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has wished National Federation Party Leader Professor Biman Prasad a speedy recovery after a recent health scare.
Bainimarama has written on his official Facebook page that some things are bigger than politics.
Professor Prasad will not be present in this week’s parliament sitting due to a health scare.
The party has put up a post on it’s Facebook page that Professor Prasad is on medical leave until April 29th after the health scare.
Party leader Hon. Professor Biman Prasad is on medical leave until April 29 after a health scare. Therefore he will not be in parliament for its sitting from April 1 to April 5. #Fiji

Fijivillage has received confirmation that Professor Prasad was admitted at CWM Hospital mid last month.
We have been contacting his office but they have not said anything on the matter.
