A burst main along Kings Road close to Standard Concrete Factory has left hundreds of people in nearby areas in 8 miles are without water.
Water Authority of Fiji has confirmed that residents living in areas from Makoi to the Laqere Bridge are facing disruptions till 5pm due to the burst main.
Witnesses have told Fijivillage that large amounts of water gushing from the burst main has also affected the roads.
Water Authority of Fiji says that their operations team have been notified and are working to repair the burst main.
It says water carting trucks have also been deployed to the affected areas.
