Good news for youths who are looking for employment as the Ministry of Employment with the Fiji Higher Education Commission have set up the first ever National Job Fair which targets young people so that they are informed of the clear pathway from education to productive employment.
While launching the 2019 National Job Fair, Ministry of Employment’s Deputy Secretary Vilimone Baleidrokadroka says more than 30 organisations such as FMF, ANZ, Fiji Airways, USP, FNU and many others will meet with prospective employees and students in the course of two day event.
He adds that the Fair promotes the hiring and career development of all individuals regardless of their qualification.
He says this is a direct human approach and they are encouraging everyone to attend the National Job Fair and take advantage of this opportunity.
The National Job Fair is schedule to take place at the FMF Gymnasium on the 24th and 25th of this month.
