A body and the car have been found in the Rewa River this morning.

Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro says the joint search team comprising of Fiji Police and Fiji Navy divers found the car a few metres downstream and attempts are now being made to pull the car out of the river.

Naisoro says divers discovered a body inside the submerged vehicle.
