Police remove dead cat from Sukuna Park

Police have clarified that claims of a body of a newborn baby being discovered at Sukuna Park are false.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says that it was a dead cat.

Eyewitnesses and bystanders had earlier claimed that the foul smell was coming from a dead baby.

Police have now removed the dead cat from the park.
