Three players in the Fiji Airways Mens National 7s team have been nominated for the World Rugby Sevens Rookie of the Year award.
They are Aminiasi Tuimaba , Meli Derenalagi and Vilimoni Botitu
Johnny Vaili from the Samoa 7s team is the fourth nominee.
The winner will be announced at the HSBC World Rugby 7s awards on Monday after the Paris 7's.
Fiji will take on England in their first pool match of the Paris 7s match at 10.50pm this Saturday, they will take on Argentina at 2.16am this Sunday and take on Ireland at 5.42am in their last pool match.
The Cup quarterfinals will start at 9.28pm this Sunday, Cup semifinals will start at 1.23am Monday and the Cup final will be played at 4.33am Monday.
Barring any upsets, Fiji is likely to meet Scotland or France in the quarter final, they are likely to take on USA or South Africa in the semifinal, and New Zealand or Australia in the final.
