Fiji Airways Flying Fijians flanker Semi Kunatani thinks they still need to improve on a few areas in training and maintain the level of work ahead of the Rugby World Cup.
Kunatani says the players are shaping up really well, the energy is really high and the competition for positions is pushing them to work even harder.
Kunatani adds the right mindset is the key to determine anything you are opting to achieve.
He says that he had to pull up his training and put in extra work and being named in the Rugby World Cup squad is the progress.
He adds their game against Tonga is a good build up towards the World Cup where they can test their game plans and amend their areas of weaknesses.
Fiji will take on Tonga at 4.30pm this Saturday at Eden Park.
Fiji is pooled with Australia, Wales, Georgia and Uruguay.
Fiji will play their first pool match against the Wallabies on the 21st of next month while the Rugby World Cup will be held from the 20th of next month to the 2nd of November.
