Nouzab Fareed resigns as a Director of Fiji TV

Former Fijian Holdings Limited CEO, Nouzab Fareed has resigned as a Director of Fiji TV.

He has resigned from the Fiji TV Board of Directors upon tendering his resignation from FHL - the majority shareholder of Fiji TV Limited.

Fareed was appointed as a Director in October 2013.

Fiji TV says a replacement will be appointed in due course.
