A couple is in Police custody at the Namaka Police Station after being found in possession of white substance believed to be illicit drugs.
Police say the two were stopped at a checkpoint in Namaka on Monday night and their vehicle was searched.
They say the Police K-9 Unit was also at the scene assisting the roadblock team and they sniffed out the drugs that were well hidden inside the vehicle.
They say they will continue to be on full alert as they try to crack down on the transportation, selling and consuming of illicit drugs.
