The New Zealand government is investigating an extradition application filed by Fiji's interim government regarding Fiji Netball Team's President Alice Tabete.
In an interview with Radio Australia, Foreign Affairs Minister, Winston Peters said they will look into the facts first before making any decision on the matter.
The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption had earlier said that they have gathered enough evidence against Tabete to lay charges of abuse of office.
Tabete was part of the netball delegation to the World Netball Championships in Auckland earlier last month but did not return home with the team.
