Eight hundred iTaukei Scholarship students need to re-register with the scholarship unit to confirm their continuation of sponsorship in the next semester.
Permanent secretary Savenaca Kaunisela said it is part of the ministry's ongoing effort to improve its systems and processes and utilization of scholarship funds.
More than 200 students pursuing further studies at USP have been registered in the last four days.
