Fiji's Sprint King, Banuve Tabakaucoro can break the 16 year old Pacific Games record in the 100 meters which was set by Jone Delai in 1995 running a time of 10.34 seconds.
Athletics Fiji President, Albert Miller said that Tabakaucoro is in his personal best form and has been running well in his training run.
Miller believes that with a build up trip to China next week it will boost Tabakaucoro's preparation for the Pacific Games.
The 2011 Pacific Games starts on the 27th of next month in New Caledonia.
