A 31-year-old man of Samabula who pleaded guilty to indecent assault was ordered to pay a fine by the Suva Magistrates Court today.
Taito Gade on 12th of June this year indecently assaulted a 21-year-old woman outside a nightclub in Suva.
He pleaded guilty and sought the court’s forgiveness saying that he was drunk at the time of the incident and could not remember what happened that day.
He was given four weeks to pay a fine of $200.
