Police are looking for a 14-year-old girl, Alpana Archana Kumar who was allegedly abducted by a man yesterday.
Spokesperson, Josaia Weicavu says the girl resides at Namadi Heights but she is originally from Nadi.
It is alleged that a man claiming to be her brother came and picked her up from Ballentine Memorial School during lunch break yesterday.
Weicavu says the man was travelling in a minibus with Suva Nadi Suva printed on the side and SOTE printed on the van’s windscreen.
Alpana was wearing her green school uniform with black socks and sandals. She was carrying a pink and black school bag.
Police are appealing to those with information to contact the nearest police station or Crime Stoppers on 919.
