Ireland first five‑eighth Paddy Jackson was omitted from their squad to face the All Blacks in Chicago after being interviewed by police in relation to alleged sexual offences, according to the BBC.

The BBC reports that Jackson, 24, and Ulster team‑mate Stuart Olding were two of three men arrested by the Police in relation to sexual offences said to have taken place at a property in Belfast in June.

They were interviewed by police and released from custody.

Jackson, who's played 16 times for Ireland since his debut in 2013, wasn't included in their 27‑man squad for the test with the All Blacks in Chicago.

Ireland plays the All Blacks at 9am this Sunday.
