Two assessors have found a 27-year-old Nausori man who allegedly raped his 21-year-old male cousin not guilty of the charge, while one assessor has found him guilty.

The man is accused of one count of rape and the incident occurred on the 16th of July 2014.

High Court Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza will give his judgement at 2pm tomorrow.

Bail has been extended for the man.
