Portugal and Spain have qualified from Group B to the round of 16 of the FIFA World Cup after their matches with Iran and Morocco ended in draws this morning.

Portugal and Iran played out a one all draw.

Ricardo Quaresma scored a stunning goal for Portugal in the first half, while Iran scored a late penalty in the second half.

Cristiano Ronaldo missed a penalty for Portugal in the second half.

In another match Spain and Morocco played out a 2 all draw.

Meanwhile, Uruguay has beaten Russia 3‑0 in their final Group A match in the FIFA World Cup.

Uruguay will qualify for the round of 16 as the group winner while Russia will go through as runner‑up.

Mohammad Salah scored for Egypt but it was not enough as they lost their final group match 2‑1 against Saudi Arabia.

Portugal will now play Uruguay while Russia will play Spain in the round 16 of the FIFA World Cup

In the matches tomorrow, Australia will play Peru at 2am while at the same time France will play Denmark.

Nigeria will play Argentina at 6am while Iceland will play Croatia at the same time.
