The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s team leave for Australia today ahead of the HSBC Women’s World Sevens Series in Sydney this weekend.
This will be the first series leg for the Fijiana Head Coach Saiasi Fuli after stepping into the coaching role last month.
The Fijiana team is pooled with Canada, Russia and Ireland in the Sydney 7s this weekend.
They will take on Canada in their first pool match at 1.22pm Friday, they will then take on Russia at 3.44pm before taking on Ireland in their last pool match at 6.28pm.
The Women’s quarterfinals will kick start at 1.50pm Saturday, semifinals at 10.34am Sunday while the final will be played at 7.31pm.
