Keeping the momentum going from their Hamilton 7s win will be key for the Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team as they gear up for the Sydney 7s this weekend.

During their unbeaten run in Hamilton to successfully defend their title, Coach Gareth Baber was sharp with his instructions as the team kept their focus in every game.

The Sydney 7s will be held this Saturday and Sunday.

Fiji will face Japan in their first pool match at 12.34pm Saturday and meet England at 6pm Saturday.

Fiji’s final pool match is against Samoa at 10pm Saturday.

The Cup quarterfinals start at 1.16pm Sunday while the Cup semifinals start at 5.16pm Sunday.

The Cup final of the Sydney 7s will kick off at 9.56pm Sunday.
