Two men who have pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated robbery before the Suva High Court today have been given time to re‑think about their guilty plea.
Jesoni Balewai and Inia Bulivou are alleged to have robbed a man of a mobile phone worth $1,500 and his wallet on the 13th of November last year in Suva.
The items in the snatch and run case have not been recovered.
Judge Justice Daniel Goundar has advised both men that they can apply for Legal Aid since it is free, as both men had refused their right to counsel.
Justice Goundar has told both men to take time and think about their plea and if it is of their own free will.
The matter has been adjourned to the 12th of next month for mitigation and sentencing.
