King Highway at Malabe in Tailevu is now open to a single lane after a landslide there earlier today.

Please note Kings Road at Malabe, Tailevu is now open to single lane.
Motorists are urged to please keep a safe following distance in order to prevent accidents on wet and slippery roads.

The Fiji Roads Authority says drivers should be vigilant of further increase in risk of landslides due to saturated ground conditions in hillside terrain.
There other landslides along Kings Highway today but they have been cleared.
The FRA is closely monitoring the situation.
