Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Team Coach, Gareth Baber says whilst they won the World Series last year plus five tournaments, they have just gone through two tournaments this season and are not at the standard that they were during the end of last season.
Baber says as management they have looked into reasons why that is, they have asked themselves questions as the players have to do as well.
Baber explained it is not the end of the world, but they need to take quick action and find the momentum as soon as possible.
The Hamilton 7’s will be played on the 25th and 26th of next month and Fiji is pooled with Argentina, Australia, and Samoa.
