Nadi is currently experiencing heavy rain.
A resident of Qeleloa Jessica Singh said they desperately need additional food and clothing to help support their neighbours that have lost everything who are now staying with them.
She said they are in need of assistance as food supplies are low to help sustain themselves.
Seventeen people have lost all their belongings in Tabarua Nasau.
A resident, Avinesh Kumar said that they had to swim across to save these people and provide them with shelter.
He said the Nasau Bridge has been under water since Friday and they are running out of food supplies as they are not able cross the river.
He added that they are farmers and their only source of income is the produce they sell in the market.
There are approximately 60 houses in the area and 20 houses are under water and for some houses only the roofs are visible.
More than 200 hundred people are now in need of food and water in Vuniyasi Koromakawa Nadi.
A resident, Shaizad Ali said they don't even have electricity supply.
He said people are taking shelter in three houses located on higher grounds and has called on authorities to assist them.
Rain has ceased in Sabeto, Nadi at the moment.
Sabeto resident Semi Driso said that the water has receded in the village but some houses are still under two feet of water.
Driso added that about 16 households are currently sheltering at the Sabeto community hall.
Lautoka
With continuous heavy rain landslides are becoming a concern.
Vuda Back Road resident, Rajesh Dayal said a landslide has occurred close to his compound.
Nausori
Power supply is back in Sawani Nausori.
A resident, Vishwa Jeet said it has stopped raining now.
Sur Sen of Nacokaika Baulevu said they have about 12 feet flood water on the road.
He said there is a sickly man and arrangements will be done to move him to higher ground.
Sen said the last time they experienced such a situation was during the flood in 1993.
Wainibuka
The village of Nabouva, in Wainibuka is now underwater due to the Waimanu River busting its banks.
Salote Albert said that from where they are living on higher ground they cannot even see the roofs of the houses due to flooding and that the village hall and the Methodist church is now under water.
Navua
Looking at Navua, flood waters continue to rise.
Vuninokonoko resident Shanti Devi said they have made necessary preparations to move to the higher grounds.
She said they have been bracing for the worst since Friday and have been monitoring the water levels.
