Some new players are expected to be part of the Digicel Fiji sevens team for the last leg of the World Series in Scotland and England.
This has been confirmed to Fijivillage today by head coach Alifereti Dere.
Dere said even some overseas based players may be included for the next leg.
Fijivillage also asked Dere if he will need Waisale Serevi and Tomasi Cama Senior for the World Cup 7s and Dere said they will do whatever they can to bring the Melrose Cup home.
Meanwhile, sponsors Digicel handed captain Nemani Nagusa a cheque of $82,042.15 for the team to share in recognition for their effort in the Hong Kong and Japan 7s.
The team will also share 75 percent of the Hong Kong 7s prize which is $135,000.
