Seven cases of burglary were reported during the floods.
Acting Police Commissioner Ravi Narayan said they had four cases of burglary in the Western Division, two cases in the Central Division and one case in the Northern Division.
He added they are also investigating a case of a break in at a pharmacy in Suva.
Meanwhile he has urged people living in Ba to check with the Police station on their cases of theft and burglary.
Narayan said some items have been recovered and a suspect has also been arrested.
