Shaun Kenny‑Dowall has called on rugby league officials to block Semi Radradra from playing for the Kangaroos.
The 28‑year‑old Kenny‑Dowall doesn't believe it's right for Radradra to play for Australia against the Kiwis in May's Anzac Test, even though the Fijian winger, who's played four tests for the Pacific Island nation, has qualified to represent his adopted country by fulfilling the three‑year residency requirements.
Kenny‑Dowall, who has played 17 tests for the Kiwis, believes Australia shouldn't be allowed to pick up the best players from smaller countries to enhance the qualities of the Kangaroos side.
Meanwhile Radradra’s Eels play the Panthers at 6pm Sunday.
