CCTV footage has emerged of illicit drugs being injected into a person in the heart of Suva and Police are now trying to identify the suspects.
Chief of Intelligence and Investigations ACP Vakacegu Toduadua says they are working to identify the suspects in the video footage taken along Victoria Parade.
The footage showed a person injecting a man as he was sitting on the ground.
Needles were being used to inject the man.
Toduadua says he has seen the video and whether it was voluntary or not, both of the people in the video are liable.
