The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team are now focused on what they need to do in Sydney this weekend where they are trying to win their first Sydney 7s title.
Speaking to Fijivillage from Sydney, Coach Gareth Baber says that they have settled well in Sydney.
He says that the boys are feeling a little tired and fatigued from their efforts and travel however, they are aware of what they need to deliver.
Fiji’s win in Australia was at the Gold Coast 7s in the 2014-2015 series.
The Sydney 7s will be held this Saturday and Sunday.
Fiji will face Japan in their first pool match at 12.34pm Saturday and meet England at 6pm while Fiji will play their last pool game against Samoa at 10pm Saturday.
The Cup quarterfinals start at 1.16pm Sunday, the semifinals start at 5.16pm while the final will start at 9.56pm Sunday.
