Suva High Court Judge Justice Chamath Morais has found a 48-year-old man who raped a 9-year-old, guilty of all four charges of rape against him.

Two incidents happened in December 2017, one incident happened between 1st January to 12th July 2018 while the fourth incident happened on 13th July, 2018.

The accused is the step-father of the victim.

The case has been adjourned till Friday for sentence hearing.
