Suspended Police officers Jona Davonu, Sanita Laqenasici, Semesi Naduka and soldiers, Pita Matairavula and Filimone Catimaibulu charged with sexual assault appeared before Nasinu Magistrate Charles Ratakele for the Pre Trial Conference today.
The five men allegedly sexually assaulted Iowane Benedito in 2012.
The state has been given time to serve additional disclosures by the 16th of this month.
Bail has been extended for all accused persons.
The matter will be called on September 7th for mention.
